New- Introduction to Yoga on Amazon and iTunes







Intro to Yoga is a gentle 30 minute asana practice that includes an additional 10 minutes of guided deep relaxation and  a  4 minute energizing mediation. These can be done together for a complete practice, or by themselves. Using dynamic movement linked to the breath, this practice is entirely on the floor both lying or sitting down. It is sequenced to bring greater awareness to the breath as you increase your flexibility and allow yourself to release tension and stress. If you are new to yoga this is for you!
