Free Meditation Downloads





I always find that when I meditate first thing in the morning that my mind is clear and I get so much more done. Problems  I've been trying to figure out suddenly have a solution and don't seem so stressful.
Cultivating a consistent meditation practice is one of the keys to staying balanced and clear. Even if you have monkey mind(one that jumps all over the place and just wont be still), you can take a few minutes in silence and sit - witness and breathe- instead of being caught up in the tumult of your constant thoughts.
